Tabata

This Tabata Cardio Workout is a High Intensity Interval Workout that will take you to a higher level of fitness, helping you burn calories and build endurance. Each Tabata set involves alternating high intensity exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This workout is best suited for exercisers that are comfortable with high intensity training however, you can work at your own pace and build your endurance as you go. (45 minutes)

20/20/20

This total body workout is broken down into 3 segments: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes for abs and stretching.  (60 minutes)

Bootcamp

This circuit style training session will have your heart pumping as you make your way through various exercise stations. This workout focuses on strength building and muscular endurance- great for all fitness levels. (45 minutes)

Country Core

This low impact class focuses on core strength while incorporating the basic Pilates principles.  In this class you will complete a basic series of exercises that lengthen and strengthen the abdominals, glutes, and thighs. Some exercises in this class, such as planks and pushups, also incorporate the upperbody.  ( 45 minutes)

Body Rock

Body Rock is a perfect blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements. In this workout you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle. Body Rock is one of the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl. (45 minutes)

Dance Fitness

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy. (60 minutes)

PIYO

PIYO combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. In PIYO the speed is cranked up to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined. (60 minutes)

Yoga

The whole system of Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. The exercises of Yoga are designed to put pressure on the glandular systems of the body, thereby increasing its efficiency and total health. There are many types of Yoga and with each instructor comes a unique style and energy.  (60 minutes)

Kick-Boxing

This high-energy workout incorporates stand-up combat moves like kicking and punching to burn calories and increase cardiovascular endurance. Each class may vary and may include striking the punching bags for an added challenge!  (45 minutes)

Total Body

This class has it all! The workout starts with one hour of heart pumping (and fun!) Zumba followed by 15 mintues of abdominal mat-work. To finish, you will relax into yoga style poses with a special essential oil spritz at the end.  (75 minutes)

Core and Cardio

Focus on your core while incorporating high-energy cardio vascular exercises in this circuit-style class. The time truly flies as you work your way through the stations.  (45 minutes)

Zumba Gold

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Great for active, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity..  (75 minutes)

Outdoor Fitness

Offered in the summer months, this class is the definition of competive fun! Often described as "Track and Field Day", Outdoor Fitness incorporates challenging relay activities, individual and team challenges, and the elements nature into your workout.  (60 minutes)
